The GuestPath™ program identifies individual service needs at our contract site. Based on these needs, we then design a program to deliver the appropriate type of service to customers or clients. Through the GuestPath™ program, we provide staff with the skills and processes to find out customer needs and meet their expectations.
Innovation

Culinary Wellbeing™ is a Delaware North corporate program aimed at introducing lighter and healthier food options in corporate areas, cafes and restaurants.
Culinary Wellbeing™ menus allow guests to choose menu options that offer genuine reduced levels of fat, salt and sugar while improving fibre and wholegrain content.
There is a preference for using fresh, local ingredients and organic products for these dishes.
Culinary Wellbeing is a flagship program for Delaware North globally initially developed in Australia and the United Kingdom. It is an important element of Delaware North's corporate social responsibility strategy.
